The First Unitarian Society rents its facilities to groups when they are not being used by the congregation, for events such as workshops and retreats, as well as for weddings and memorials.

 

Here you will find some pictures of some of our spaces, general information about making a reservation, building use and rental agreements, and a form to complete to request a date, and begin the process of renting space at FUS.

 

 

 

 

To request a room reservation, please complete the form at the top fo the page or contact Morgan Rock, Facilities Coordinator at rooms [at] firstunitarian [dot] org or 612-377-6608 ext. 105.

 

The building’s facilities are available for rental:

    • Weekdays  9:00 am - 9:00 pm

    • Weekends  9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

    • Events scheduled outside these hours will incur additional fees.

 

FUS requires a minimum deposit of $100 to reserve any space. We are unable to enter events on the calendar or “hold” dates without this deposit.

The deposit is nonrefundable if the event is canceled within one week of the date of the event.
