Cake Sponsorship Form

Cakes for social hour can be sponsored by groups or individual on any Sunday except when Soup Lunches are held.

Each cake serves 48 people and costs $20 to sponsor. At least 2 cakes are needed to accomodate the social hour attendance. You may split a Sunday with another group or individual.

You can pay for the cakes by dropping off a check in the office, or by paying online. To do so, click on the Donate Now button in the lower right hand corner of the website. Be sure to put the word "cake" in the memo line and the date you are requesting.

What you need to know about sponsoring cakes:

You are requested to take any remaining cake home with you following social hour.
Sponsorship is on a first-come first-served basis. Sign up early to reserve your special date.
Dates for sponsorship are reserved when payment is received.
