Flower Sponsorship Form

Fresh flowers enhance the Sunday morning experience for all of us and are a lovely way to honor a loved one, a special day, an event, or a remembrance. To provide flowers, please submit this form and pay at the office or use the Donate Now button to pay online, entering in Flowers in the comment field and the date you have requested.

Reservations accepted for the second Sunday in September through the first Sunday of May.
You are welcome to take the flowers home with you following the service, except in December when poinsettias must stay until after the Christmas Eve service.
Sponsorship is on a first-come first-serve basis. Sign up and early to reserve your spot.
Dates for sponsorship are reserved when payment is received.
