UU Spiritual Practices

Leader: Beth Godes

"Spiritual practice" - what does that mean? What is the purpose of engaging in a "practice"? We'll ask those questions and others as we go "hands on" to experience practices usedin the world's religions, east and west.  These sessions will include some elements of a new adult/all ages curriculum prepared by the UUA.  We will introduce or reintroduce ourselves to a variety of individual practices
